Malika Aid Boudries,Ph.D

Dr. Aid-Boudries holds an engineering degree in computer science with more than ten years of experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence. She earned her Ph.D. in Computational Biology and Bioinformatics from the University of Montreal, Canada/Institute for Research in Immunology and Cancer under the supervision of Dr. Sylvie Mader. She completed her postdoctoral training in systems and computational biology at VGTI Florida, Case Reserve Western University, and Harvard School of Medicine under the supervision of Drs. Rafik Sekaly and Dan Barouch. She was appointed as an Assistant Professor in Medicine in December 2022 at the Center for Virology and Vaccine Research CVVR. She is the principal investigator of the bioinformatics and computational genomics and epigenetics lab (BCGE).
